After School Good News Club is our primary focus, as club ministry helps us to fulfill all three aspects of our purpose. Our desire is to help children come to know Jesus, while teaching them principles for living based upon the Bible, and encouraging them to attend a local church.

This year we are planning to have clubs in the public schools listed below. The clubs that are highlighted and that have a day and time are already underway. The others are planned for a start date after the New Year.

Most After School Good News Clubs meet one day each week and run for 10-15 weeks. The clubs are taught by local people who enjoy working with children and have been trained and screened with background checks. Usually CEF partners with a local church in the same community as the school, so there is a consistency among those who comprise the teaching team. Each teaching team consists of at least four committed adults, and the safety of children entrusted to our care is our primary concern.

More information about your school’s Good News Club can be found on the school’s registration form. Just click on the school and you can review the form and download if desired. NOTE: After School Good News Clubs have concluded for the 2015/2016 school year. Be sure to check back next fall for your school’s day and time.

If you have questions, please call the CEF office at 585-645-5013 and speak with Jeff Michaels.
